SALT & BRINE

Salt & Brine is a celebration of the seafood bounty dwelling just off our coast. Owners Christian and Dominica Plotczyk have put together a menu that dazzles with its innovative approaches to seafood, including the Russian caviar with yuzu crème fraîche and the sake-steamed mussels with kaffir-lime broth. If you’re feeling truly decadent, we recommend the seafood tower featuring shrimp, caviar, two types of crab and, of course, oysters.
