Just when we thought we had a grasp on what to expect from Cuban cuisine, chef Alberto Cabrera made us rethink everything we thought we knew. Each of his restaurants (Little Bread Cuban Sandwich Company, Bread + Butter) has offered up dishes that we could never even have fathomed, such as the Cubano with an addition of mustard-seed–and-caviar spread. Cabrera is bringing a broad menu filled with innovative takes on Latin classics to Time Out Market Miami. The standout dishes you should try? The arroz con pollo and pork belly, plus the cafecito.
