If you thought Phuc Yea was the only Vietnamese-food–inspired pun Cesar Zapata and Ani Meinhold had in their pocket, get ready to meet Pho Mo. Much like the duo’s MiMo spot, Pho Mo, a spin-off with partner Giovanny Gutierrez, will be bringing a unique blend of Cajun and Vietnamese cuisines to Time Out Market Miami. All of the hits will be on offer, including noodles, buns (filled with pork, tofu or lemongrass chicken) and plenty of piping hot pho. The flavorful broth may take hours to prepare, but it’s worth every sip. If you don’t slurp up a bowl, you’ll definitely be missing out.
