This, the first cookery academy to operate inside a food hall, is a place to learn and perfect skills and share your love of food. On the menu are workshops for punters of all levels: from the “I can’t even fry an egg” to “I’m on my way to a Michelin star”. Then there are lunches and dinners with live cooking, programmes for kids and, of course, courses aimed specifically and foreign visitors who, thanks to this experience, can talk home a more interesting and tasty souvenir than a garishly painted Barcelos cockerel.
